Shipping policy

Our shipping rates are competitive;

Flat rate $4.00 shipping is offered on Drinkware / Tumblers for delivery to the continental USA.

Our goal is to ship products as fast as possible.

Stock items [non customized] will ship same day or next day.

Etchwerx custom products will ship within three days of order payment.

If we have a delay due to product customization, raw material, or logistics issues, you will be notified. In general, we do our best to keep our customers informed at each step of the order process.

We ask for your phone number for shipping purposes only. In general, we utilize UPS, FedEx, DHL that require a phone number for delivery. 

Larger / custom / stone / natural products are heavy and can not be economically shipped with faster services. Shipping cost is best rate based on delivery address. If you require special shipping, or have a request for service we don't offer at checkout, please contact us at sales@etchwerx.com
